Post author@Scott - Yeah lenses are a pain, and the crop factor doesn't make it any easier. DOF is quite different too. Good idea on the lens comparisons maybe something to do over time.

It'd be great to see a "so you want to jump ship..." article to compare parallel lenses on various platforms... I don't want to start unloading Canon gear before I have a clear plan for the whole switch. It's tough to find good reviews on comparable lenses.
