Shared by @RikCordero via Twitter, peep out the new Pivothead HD Recording Eyewear that allows you to capture POV video without having a mass hanging from the side of your head. Quality looks pretty good for wearable glasses, and settings can be changed via iOS (iPhone). According to an Amazon listing (seen here)

This technology would be GREAT if it would yield a wearable monitor! As it is now, when using my jib boom, I put my monitor on a Cowboy Studio shoulder rig. My HDMI cable attaches to my 5DII(with Small HD cable lock) mounted on a fluid head on the boom. One hand is free to manipulate the fluid head / boom and the other to work an 18" FF whip. It's a fine setup.

I think they had the chinese versions for awhile..I remember seeing the 720p shades about 2 years ago..but not 1080p. I am sure you can find them in 1080p now.

Kind of a cool idea, but watching the video I do not get the idea I am seeing their view or angle. Watched a couple other videos and I feel like the camera angle points down and I lose peripheral vision. To bad it doesn't have a wider angle.
