Post author@JL - Yes it's limited and that's why it's priced lower. Still what camera at this price has these features, records 4K internally, and outputs clean HDMI? It's still great for what it is, but it's far from what everyone wants.

have you had a chance to play with this camera ? i got one and I'm very disappointed that this camera CANNOT work with an external monitor while recording. It only can display footage on an external monitor during playback. This sucks...
