Adrian writes in and asks if anyone has information on this new Hahnel MK100 DSLR Mini Shotgun Microphone? One interesting spec listed is the (-10db / 0db / +20dB) switches. Yup, can't stand color anodizing... on anything. Always thought it looked cheap and tacky... like chrome.

I agree, I wish everything was black as well. I followed the DIY color change for the RJ follow focus and instead of making it red, I made it black. I think black looks more professional out in the field rather than some anodized blue or red.

Dont know if you guys watch the video closely, but in the images, it shows only up to +10 db..
Now, i personally own a VMP and +20 and +10 is a big difference i think personally. Hmm.
